The Kabul Tribune (KT) — Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on his X page that he held a phone call with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto to exchange Eid al-Fitr greetings and discuss regional developments.
Sharif said the two leaders reviewed the situation in the
region, particularly in Iran and the Gulf, and called for an immediate end to
hostilities and the resolution of disputes through dialogue and diplomacy.
He added that both sides reaffirmed their commitment to
strengthening longstanding ties between Pakistan and Indonesia and expanding
cooperation across areas of mutual interest.
