The Kabul Tribune (KT) — The Green Trend, a movement led by former Afghan Vice President Amrullah Saleh, claimed its members attacked Taliban fuel tankers with rockets and Kalashnikov rifles at the entrance to the Salang Valley on Saturday evening.
The movement said in a post on X that it did not have confirmed information about possible casualties or financial losses resulting from the attack.
The Green Trend also threatened to block the Salang route to Taliban vehicles.
The Taliban have not yet commented on the claim.
