The Kabul Tribune (KT) — British official Richard Lindsay expressed concern over rising civilian casualties amid ongoing hostilities between Afghanistan and Pakistan, including reported overnight strikes in Kabul.
In a statement posted on X, Lindsay said civilians continue to bear the heaviest burden of the escalating tensions.
He reiterated calls for all parties to de-escalate, avoid harm to civilians, and return to dialogue to resolve the conflict.
